Do we still control employee and attendance inputs?
Yes. Client HR maintains the operational source data, reviews attendance and provides approved payroll-impacting inputs before finalization.
What happens after attendance is finalized?
Attendance finalization is the formal monthly handover point. The period is controlled while Master HR processes payroll. Corrections require an unlock, correction and re-finalization workflow.
How soon is the payroll review file provided?
The operating commitment is to provide the Payroll Review Excel within three calendar days after all employee attendance is finalized, subject to agreed cut-offs and processing status.
